In the next five years, we want you to become a VP of Sales, making multiple six or seven figures per year.
Hey, guys. So the following, let's say, graph shows you what we want your career growth to look like in the next five years. Why? Because, ideally, we wanna be with you for those next five years. We wanna be inviting you to special events with high income producers in the tech sales world. We're talking about people that make over you know, seven figures every year.
And, we wanna be able to support you as much as we can because your success is our success. Right?
So in this first year, after finishing staff now, you're gonna be able to make about anywhere between sixty to eighty thousand dollars.
And that is getting a SDR, tech SDR entry level sales job with a base salary of anywhere between forty to sixty thousand dollars plus a commission structure of anywhere between twenty to forty thousand dollars.
Year two, you're gonna most likely be promoted into an account executive role making anywhere between sixty to eighty thousand dollars based salary plus commissions.
Year three, you're probably gonna be a senior account executive, year four, probably a sales director, and finally, year five VP of sales making anywhere between two hundred to five hundred thousand dollars or even seven figures if you become a top producer.
So this is a career growth that we want for you. Hopefully, you'll be able to achieve it.
And even if you achieve half of this, you're still gonna be in the top zero point one percent of income earners in the United States.
